ACS HAS CONTACTED ME, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The most important thing to do if an ACS worker contacts you is NOT speak to them in any way. ACS workers investigate complaints based on the theory that you are guilty until you are proven innocent. This is not how the American legal system works. The proper way to speak to ACS is with an attorney present and have the entire conversation recorded so ACS cannot manafacture any lies based on the interview. ACS will simply not stop harrassing you until they feel that you have followed all of their orders.
